Hiking

There are great hiking trails inside and surrounding Cherokee National Forest. Many of these trails can be done in a few hours by anyone in reasonable shape.

Waterfalls

For us swimming is a must when you go hiking during the summer, so we typically narrowed down the trails with waterfalls. Some of our personal favorites are Benton Falls, Goforth Creek, and Jack's River Falls. Ask us for information. We'll tell you how to get there when you come to our outpost.

Bike Trails

Many of these trailheads are less than 2 miles from our outpost, so it is easy to ride in & out of where you are staying. These trails range from the most experienced to "I just took my training wheels off". (Dusty knows these trails best). We have ridden or hiked every square inch of the park, so ask us if you have any questions. This is a great way to spend the afternoon exploring the park.

Ocoee Whitewater Center

The whitewater center is a must see when you visit the Ocoee area.
