The Guides

Raft One Whitewater  recognizes that the guides make the trip the best experience you can have. Our guides are hand picked unlike other companies that are too busy to go out on the river and have fun with the guides. The owners of Raft One Whitewater love the river so much they themselves guide trips to make sure the customers are getting the best possible trip they can! We have the BEST guides that your group deserves. Every trip with Raft One Whitewater will have a Wilderness First Responder or EMT, CPR, and Swiftwater Rescue certified trip leader for your safety. Your experience with Raft One Whitewater is what gives us our reputation for being the BEST whitewater rafting company on the Ocoee River. The guides thank you for your dedication and thank you for coming out to Raft One Whitewater and having fun with them on the Ocoee River!

Middle Ocoee River

The Middle Ocoee is the fast paced heart pounding section that gets you soaked to the bone. With rapids from class one to four, the Middle Ocoee is surely what the doctor ordered for that case of dehydration and boredom. Splashing down rapids like Gumpy's Ledges, Broken Nose, and Table Saw, your fun level will find a new max you never knew you had.

Upper Ocoee River

The Upper Ocoee, site of the 1996 Olympics, is a great ride for big water and large drop pool rafting. There is a half mile of straight class four and five rapids that your guide will successfully navigate with you. Most of your six mile trip on the Upper Ocoee River is through the secluded wilderness in the Ocoee River area. The Upper Ocoee is most notable for the rapids Godzilla, Humongous, Mikey's Ledge, Roach Motel, and Edge of the World just to name a few.

Full River Trip

Want to make a full day out of your rafting experience? We offer combination trips for a full day on the Upper and Middle Ocoee River back to back. After rafting the Upper Ocoee section we will rest on the banks of the river and have a yummy lunch and dry out a little.
